Paving
Due to it’s natural durability, hardwood timber planks can be used for paving. Hardwood paving can be used around homes and buildings, or it is often stringed together with chain and used to provide protection to sand dunes.

As the timber is in constant contact with the ground, consideration to its durability is required.
